Software Development and System Support
Document system architecture, user guides, and technical specifications for internal use. Conduct software testing, debugging, and continuous improvement to meet operational and compliance needs. Implement user interfaces and backend logic using VB.NET, PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript technologies. Design, develop, and maintain in-house software solutions tailored for medical and administrative use (e.g., laboratory log systems, drug formulary systems, and insurance validation tools).
Billing IT & Claims Management
Maintain alignment between clinical records, billing entries, and insurance coding systems (ICD, CPT). Investigate and resolve rejected, denied, or delayed claims, coordinating with billing staff and insurance representatives. Manage and monitor electronic insurance claims processing to ensure accurate and timely submission to health insurance providers.
IT Infrastructure and User Support
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot connectivity or application errors, and coordinate preventive maintenance. Provide daily technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Reporting and Data Management
Create Excel templates, reconciliation tools, and logbooks for various departments. Ensure database accuracy and perform periodic audits to maintain high-quality data standards. Develop automated reports and tools to track lab activities, billing summaries, and insurance analytics.
